  2. Fermented dried fish

  3. Bitter gourd

  4. Beans

  5. Yam stem

  6. Garlic

  7. Ginger

  8. Pepper

  9. Naga King chilli

  10. Water

  11. Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Bring fermented Bamboo shoot to boil in a pot half-filled with water

  2. Add garlic, ginger, Naga King chilli, salt, and Naga pepper. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.

  3. Add cut yam stem/leaves, bitter gourd and beans.

  4. Then add some cut fermented dry fish.

  5. Let it boil on a small flame for about 45 mins.

Note:

Let the water reduce and dry up.

It should have runny water, but it should not be completely dry.

Let it dry up with just a teaspoon of water at the bottom to keep the moisture.
