Mutton curry
1/2 kilo mutton
4 onions (cut slices)
3/4 tbsp. ginger and garlic paste
(pau chamach small) turmeric
2 tsp. red chilli powder
Coriander
Cumin powder
2 tomatoes (diced)
4 tbsp. curd
Salt
1. Wash mutton. Set aside.
2. Take oil (pau cup), put on the stove
3. Add in cinammon, cloves and cumin according to taste
4. Add in the onions, fry them
5. Once brown, put in 1 tsp. of ginger and garlic paste
6. Add in turmeric, red chilli powder and salt
7. Put in the mutton
8. Add in tomatoes and leave to cook for about 5 minutes.
9. Put the lid on, and put stove off
10. Add curd, stir for about 2-4 minutes
11. Add in water according to texture desired, (depends on what is being eaten with the curry, a roti would suffice with a thicker curry, in which case don't add extra water, nonetheless if being eaten with rice or pav, add water to consistency desired)
12. Cook gently, once prepared, add coriander on the top.
